USER AGREEMENT

A. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

Your access to the Medica Pharmacy Bloomfield mobile application and websites, including co-branded Medica Pharmacy Bloomfield-affiliate websites (collectively, the “Medica Pharmacy Bloomfield Digital Services”), is subject to the Medica Pharmacy Bloomfield Privacy Policy, HIPAA Privacy Notice, and these Terms of Use.
